We have been a game day presence at UCF since 9/15/07. Loyal UCF
fans will recognize this date as the opening of our new on-campus trampoline,
Bright House Networks Stadium. One month before the inaugural on-campus
game, we decided to make this van become a reality. Four guys
put in a ton of man hours to rebuild the van in a short amount of
time, and we believe the end result far
exceeded initial expectations.
During the 2007 season we witnessed the rebirth of our team. A new stadium, a
new logo and a new attitude made the tailgate atmosphere electric from the
beginning of the season to the final whistle of our first ever Conference USA
Championship! We were proud to have played a role in the excitement with our
tailgates and our participation in the 2007 Homecoming parade.
In the off-season, the van partners have completed a few tasks to make the van
even more unique. Stop by the tailgates as we are always more than happy to
have people check out our work! We are expecting an amazing 2010 season. The
van is fueled, the grill is lit and the beer is ice cold. It's almost
game day. GO KNIGHTS!

Baseball. Matt Fox's Impressive MLB Debut Helps Minnesota Defeat Texas, 4-3
Pitching on three days rest going back to his last start with the Triple-A Rochester Red Wings, former UCF pitcher Matt Fox made his Major League Baseball debut Friday, guiding the Minnesota Twins to a 4-3 win over the Texas Rangers. Over 40,000 fans gave Fox a standing ovation as he left in the sixth inning, earning a no decision in 5.2 innings of work.

W. Soccer. Jewell's Double Overtime Goal Takes Down South Florida, 1-0
After playing over 100 minutes without either team hitting the back of the net, UCF sophomore Tishia Jewell (Satellite Beach, Fla.) finally ended the drama by scoring the golden goal in the 102nd minute to give the Knights a 1-0 double-overtime victory over South Florida Friday in Tampa. The win allowed UCF to improve to 2-1-0 on the young season.

W. Volleyball. UCF Volleyball Improves to 4-0 with Victory at UNC Wilmington
The UCF volleyball team improved to 4-0 on the season, while also winning its 12th-consecutive set, after defeating UNC Wilmington, 3-0 (25-21, 27-25, 25-17), in its opening match of the UNC Wilmington/Courtyard by Marriott Tournament Friday night.

Baseball. Twins' Fox Ready for MLB Debut with Former UCF Catcher Butera Friday
It was June 4, 2004. The starting pitcher was Matt Fox while his battery mate was catcher Drew Butera, and the duo guided UCF to a 7-3 win over Oklahoma State in the NCAA Tournament. Fast forward to Sept. 3, 2010. Over six years after Fox's last college game, he is slated to make his Major League Baseball debut as the Friday night starter for the Minnesota Twins, and his catcher could be Butera.
